Malora Kirk is a paralegal in the firm’s Real Estate department. She has 20 years of experience as a real estate paralegal and has extensive knowledge of the management of all types of real estate closings. Malora also has experience with multi-county public records searches, the preparation and review of purchase contracts and miscellaneous closing documents, and Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges.

Malora is a life-long resident of Springfield, Ohio, and graduated summa cum laude from Wright State University in 1993 with a B.S. in Biological Sciences.
