Julie Gunter is a paralegal with the firm’s Labor & Employment Department, with a focus on workers’ compensation. She has 25 years experience as a paralegal, and over 29 years experience in the legal field in general. Her experience includes personal injury, civil defense litigation, workers’ compensation, and employment law.

Julie was born and raised in North Carolina. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing the piano, and reading. She also has a passion for helping and supporting mothers of teens and young adults struggling with addiction. Julie has been active in fundraising events for faith-based recovery programs in the Dayton and Cincinnati areas. She attends Bridgewater Falls Community Church and is active in children’s ministries. She and her husband, Brian, have four children and one grandson.
