Beth Shellaberger is a paralegal in the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate Department.  Her duties include drafting and filing probate documents and assisting with the transfer and distribution of assets.

Beth obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree from Sinclair Community College in 2016 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Miami University of Ohio in 2006.  Prior to joining Coolidge Wall, she worked as a paralegal in the Dayton area.  She also was a mediation volunteer and paralegal intern at The Dayton Mediation Center.  Before becoming a paralegal, Beth worked in accounting, marketing and administrative positions locally and in Colorado.  While working in Colorado and providing scheduling support at F.E. Warren AFB in Wyoming, Beth was recognized by the commander as the Base’s Employee of the Month for her outstanding work.

In Beth’s free time,  she is an avid reader and belongs to the Dayton Metro Library’s Pub-Lit at Brixx book club and enjoys counted cross stitching. Beth currently lives in Harrison Township, Ohio.
