Amy Webster is an OSBA Certified Paralegal who supports the Litigation, Labor and Municipal Law Departments of Coolidge Wall. Amy works closely with the litigation, labor and municipal law attorneys to perform a wide array of tasks including but not limited to legal research and writing, factual research, drafting documents, document review, e-discovery, e-filing and trial preparations.
In November of 2000, Amy passed the Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam®, which is a paralegal credentialing examination offered by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Inc. (NFPA) for paralegals who meet specific education and work experience eligibility requirements. Upon passing this examination, Amy earned the designation “PACE Registered Paralegal” (RP), which she maintains today.
In May of 2015, Amy successfully completed the paralegal certification exam administered by the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) for paralegals who meet the education, work experience, continuing legal education and professional references requirements. As a result, Amy became designated as an “OSBA Certified Paralegal” effective July 1, 2015. Amy is a member of the Dayton Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
