New Associate Joins Coolidge in its Litigation and Bankruptcy Departments

Coolidge Wall is pleased to announce that Briana Breault has joined the firm as an associate in its Litigation and Bankruptcy Departments. With a background in bankruptcy law, Briana primarily focuses her practice on creditor rights, insolvency, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Coolidge, Briana worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Guy R. Humphrey in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio. She also was an attorney at the law firm of Rion, Rion & Rion in Dayton, and an associate at Jackson Kelly, in Charleston, West Virginia. Briana earned her Juris Doctorate at West Virginia University College of Law in Morgantown, West Virginia, simultaneously earning her Masters in Business Administration from the West Virginia University John Chambers College of Business and Economics. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology at Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia.
