Coolidge Wall is pleased to announce that Samantha Shemavonian has joined the firm as an associate in its Labor & Employment and Litigation Departments. She also clerked at the firm while attending the University of Dayton School of Law, where she graduated cum laude, with a concentration in Business and Compliance Law. In law school, Samantha was a member of the University of Dayton Law Review and served as its Managing Editor. She was in the Leadership Honors Program, Honor Council, and was a Program in Law and Technology Fellow.
In addition to being a clerk at Coolidge, she also worked part time as a Teaching Assistant in Legal Profession II and Elements of Legal Analysis. During summer, she interned for Judge Philyaw at the Hamilton Juvenile Court in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Samantha also received the Pro-Bono Commitment to the Community award from the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Prior to attending law school, Samantha graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Political Science from Cedarville University. While at Cedarville, Samantha served as the Legal Society President and was a member of the Student Government Association.
