Patrick Martin is a shareholder in the firm's corporate law department. He partners with clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, contracts, vendor agreements, customer agreements, employment agreements and real estate matters. He also provides clients with strategic guidance in financial and operational business planning.
Patrick brings a unique perspective to his clients as he is a second career attorney. Prior to joining Coolidge Wall, Patrick held financial and operational executive positions at fortune 50 companies including NCR, AT&T and Dell Computer. He also has significant financial and operational experience in start-up organizations and closely held business entities. Patrick evaluates client matters from a business perspective as well as a legal perspective.
Patrick graduated cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law and has an M.B.A. and B.S in Finance from the University of Dayton.
