Gregory M. (Greg) Ewers practices in the areas of general corporate and securities law. He is a member of the firm's executive committee, and represents both start-up entities as well as more mature companies with regard to both routine and unique business transactions.
Greg actively represents clients with business ownership transfers and funding activities, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and private securities offerings. Representation generally involves all phases of the project from due diligence through negotiation of the contract/offering terms.
Greg counsels many start-up organizations regarding choice of legal entity to help maximize client objectives with respect to personal liability and tax benefits. He also provides advice and support with regard to shareholder agreements, shareholder disputes, and contracts for business equipment, software and technology.
