Latashia is an associate in Coolidge Wall’s Corporate/Business Department.  Her practice focuses in the areas of general corporate and securities law.  Latashia’s corporate practice involves counseling clients on issues pertaining to their businesses and operations, including entity formation, contract negotiation, corporate governance, organizational structuring, and general business advise.  She also works on different forms of business transactions, including acquisitions and partnership buyouts.  Her security practice focuses on the financial services industry with a concentration on the regulatory and compliance matters of private and registered funds. Prior to joining Coolidge Wall, Latashia was a managing associate at GK Law Co. in Columbus, Ohio, and worked at Thompson Hine.

Latashia earned her Juris Doctorate at Capital University in Columbus and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences at The Ohio State University.
